Bodrum Ancient Theatre, Mausoleum and the Castle of Saint Peter

In the morning, visit Bodrum Theater (built during Greek and Roman times) the renovation of the Antique Theatre will be completed and open to the public in 2008. Proceed to Mausoleum (tombs of Mausolus King of Halicarnassus) from 377 to 353 BC. He was so pleased with himself that he began the Mausoleum to himself, which his widow (and sister) Artemisia II finished as tomb to beat all tombs, one of the Seven Wonder of the World. Then, visit the Castle of Saint Peter. In 1402 as a hospital for pilgrims to Jerusalem, now it is the Bodrum Underwater Archaeology Museum and Laboratory. Here you can see fascinating underwater findings some are thousands of years old. All findings displays throughout the castle in a myriad of atmospheric halls and galleries.
